That includes building a single “Treasure Chest of Content” so every Fishers of Men chapter has fresh content to share with their men, plus partnering with pastors to launch 6 to 7 new groups over the next three years in parishes that don’t yet have a men’s ministry.
- Men’s Morning Catholic Conference — building the committee and leading it to make the next three Men’s Mornings the best yet.
- Business Network & Resource Directory — serving as the backbone behind building both the Midsouth Catholic Business Network and the Midsouth Resource Directory.

Since my Catholic reversion in 2009, I’ve served as a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus here in Bartlett, and today I serve full-time as a 100% free resource to local parishes, neighborhood ministries, and grassroots Catholic organizations — no parish, pastor, or men’s group ever receives a bill or an invoice from me. That is only possible because I am actively seeking 111 Virtual Missionaries to provide the monthly backing that funds this work across the Greater Memphis Area. As the founder of SeeSaw Ministries, I’ve spent years building free tools and connections for the parishes and apostolates I love. I founded the digital channels for St. Ann Bartlett, built the Midsouth Catholic Business Network, managed the digital presence for St. Leo’s Lunch, and co-founded and managed communications for Deep-C-Fishing, a two-year intensive adult catechesis program on the constitutions of Vatican II.
I’ve also served Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center over the years — conceiving the original Brick Campaign that funded their iconic statue and serving on committees. I’m blessed to have hundreds of relationships with pastors all around the Greater Memphis Area, and I love hosting Men’s Ministry events out there and referring as many churches, grassroots organizations, and community groups to the Retreat Center as I can.

The Structural Mechanics of Mercy
The Power of “As”
At SeeSaw Ministries, we build our foundation on absolute truths. When we examine the core architecture of the Our Father, we find one of the most profound structural hinges in all of Scripture: “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.”
That single word—“As”—is a divine seesaw. It is the realization that we will only receive the exact measure of mercy that we are willing to distribute.
As Relationship Architects, we know that the greatest threat to this balance—and the source of the most intense friction in the human heart—is the justified resentment.
It is easy to forgive a simple mistake. It is incredibly difficult to forgive someone when you feel completely justified in your anger. Yet holding onto these justified resentments actively blocks the flow of grace. It breaks the board.
The ultimate 33-centimeter journey from the head to the heart requires us to rigorously audit our lives, locate every resentment we feel “justified” in keeping, and intentionally forgive them. Our goal is to reach a state where we hold absolutely zero justified resentments against anyone. It is the mantra I return to again and again: there are no justified resentments.
Only when we remove this friction can we fully embody the Peace of Christ—and only then are our hearts clear enough to truly receive that Peace in return. After all, there is no softer pillow than a clean conscience.
