26+ Years of Business Experience, Now Serving Ministries for Free
My career includes 26+ years as a corporate account executive at Konica Minolta, where I managed facility security and print workflow systems for businesses throughout the Midsouth. I later founded eMidsouth Inc., and today I serve as Board President of Fishers of Men Memphis. Locally, I established the Midsouth Catholic Business Network, managed communications for the Deep-C-Fishing adult catechesis program, and built websites and communication tools for several area parishes. Since my Catholic reversion in 2009, I’ve been a daily 6:15 AM Mass communicant for over 15 years. Today, I put that same professional background to work full-time — taking administrative burden off the shoulders of ministry leaders so they can focus on saving lives and building intimacy with Jesus Christ.
As the founder of SeeSaw Ministries, I’m not running a typical nonprofit competing for donations. SeeSaw exists to serve other ministries — quietly, in the background, for free.
SeeSaw provides free strategic development, operational workflow design, marketing tools, and board governance training — exclusively to frontline ministries, local parishes, and child protection rescue networks across the Midsouth. These services are 100% free: SeeSaw Ministries sends zero bills and zero invoices to any organization we serve.

The Turning Point That Started It All
2009 → The Turning Point
My shift from business and marketing into full-time ministry work began with a spiritual turning point in 2009. Through the brotherhood of the Knights of Columbus and years of small-group accountability, I committed my life to full-time lay ministry — showing up for others the way Christ calls us to.

My goal as founder of SeeSaw Ministries is to offer this support as a free gift to the Midsouth. We show up quietly, in the background, for any organization, ministry, or group that shares one core value: Always take every opportunity to bring unity to your community.

The Power of Forgiveness
The Power of “As”
At SeeSaw Ministries, everything starts with a few core truths. One of the most powerful lines in the Lord’s Prayer is: “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.”
That single word—“As”—is a divine seesaw. It means we only receive the mercy we’re willing to give.
At SeeSaw, we believe the greatest threat to that balance—and the biggest source of friction in the human heart—is the justified resentment.
It’s easy to forgive a small mistake. It’s hard to forgive someone when you feel completely justified in your anger. But holding onto that resentment blocks the flow of grace. It breaks the board.
The 33-centimeter journey from head to heart means honestly looking at our lives, naming every resentment we feel “justified” in keeping, and choosing to forgive it anyway. Our goal is zero justified resentments against anyone. It’s a mantra I return to again and again: there are no justified resentments.
Only when we let go of that friction can we fully receive the peace of Christ. After all, there is no softer pillow than a clean conscience.
