SeeSaw Ministries · Founder Profile
The Relationship Architect
A Lean Infrastructure Hub & Metacurating Ecosystem Bridging Marketplace Abundance with Frontline Ministries Across the Midsouth
// THE INVITATION
You’ve Met the Architect. Now Become 1 of the 111.
Here is the math behind this coalition: legacy 501(c)(3) charities frequently swallow 35% to 50% of every donated dollar in internal administrative overhead, real estate footprints, and organizational middleman layers before a single dime reaches a human need. That structure is jammed — and there is no traffic jam on the extra mile.
SeeSaw reverses it completely. Just like missionaries with FOCUS (focus.org) or Young Life, my baseline expenses are 100% self-funded by a core team of monthly investors, so every dollar of marketplace capital bypasses administrative friction and drops directly onto frontline operations. Become 1 of our 111 Virtual Missionaries — your monthly backing happens digitally, right from your laptop or your current commercial workspace, but its impact is deeply physical: an immediate kinetic lift to the 901.
// SECTION 01 โ THE MANDATE
The Mandate of Invisible Excellence
For over 26 years, I have built a career grounded in enterprise account strategy, workflow design, and philanthropy across the Midsouth. As a corporate sales executive and faith-based account strategist managing workflow optimization, advanced print, and facility security solutions at Konica Minolta, I developed a profound expertise in scaling organizational reach and building the relational infrastructure that lets institutions run smoothly. I later founded eMidsouth Inc. and serve as President of the Board for Fishers of Men Memphis — and today, I deploy that exact operational grit to bridge the critical gap between the cultural environment and apostolic callings.
As the founder and Relationship Architect of SeeSaw Ministries, I operate under a distinct, specialized layout framework. SeeSaw is not a traditional single-service non-profit competing for attention.
Instead, we function as an independent relationship-architecture hub — a 100% free strategic development, marketing, and relational connectivity resource for local parishes, frontline neighborhood ministries, and grassroots groups such as regional child protection networks and medical eye clinics. Every organization we already serve, or that reaches out to us for help, receives it free of charge — they never receive a bill or an invoice for the strategy or the network connections we provide.
// SECTION 02 โ THE REVERSION
The 2009 Reversion & Lay Vocation
2009 → The Turning Point
My shift from operations and marketing into full-time kingdom building began with a profound spiritual reversion in 2009. Forged in the raw, intentional brotherhood of the Knights of Columbus and deepened through years of small-group spiritual accountability, I committed my life to the Lay Vocation: the Lait(y) on Me movement.
Operational Leakage → Eliminated
Recognizing that operational leakage and organizational fragmentation act as a direct tax on frontline community care, my leadership focuses on eliminating administrative overhead across three primary dimensions of human life.
// SECTION 03 — THE POSTURE
Complementation Over Competition
In the non-profit and ministry sectors, scarcity often creates friction. Organizations operating in silos inadvertently end up competing for the same limited resources, attention, and funding. At SeeSaw Ministries, our structural mandate is exactly the opposite: We are not here to compete; we are here to complement.
My ultimate goal as the Relationship Architect is to offer this infrastructure as a free gift to the Midsouth. We lean in and provide “Invisible Excellence” to any organization, ministry, or group that shares one core mandate: Always take every opportunity to bring unity to your community.
When we stop competing and start complementing, we build a true coalition.
// SECTION 04 โ THE CORE CONSTANTS
The Core Constants
Every bridge we build at SeeSaw Ministries is held together by two absolute mathematical metrics and five unblinkable realities of the ongoing soul battle.
The foundational truth declaring that Christ is infinitely more essential to our community’s survival than the very atmosphere we breathe.
The precise anatomical journey required to transition faith from a theoretical concept in the head down into an uncompromised missionary conviction in the heart.
The Five Truths
God is Love.
Jesus is Truth.
The Holy Spirit is Wisdom and Power.
The Enemy is the Enemy.
The Battle is a Soul Battle.
“Let’s stop competing with each other and start completing each other. Always take every opportunity to bring unity to your community.”
// SECTION 05 — THE ARCHITECTURE OF FORGIVENESS
The Structural Mechanics of Mercy
The Power of “As”
At SeeSaw Ministries, we build our foundation on absolute truths. When we examine the core architecture of the Our Father, we find one of the most profound structural hinges in all of Scripture: “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.”
That single word—“As”—is a divine seesaw. It is the realization that we will only receive the exact measure of mercy that we are willing to distribute.
As Relationship Architects, we know that the greatest threat to this balance—and the source of the most intense friction in the human heart—is the justified resentment.
It is easy to forgive a simple mistake. It is incredibly difficult to forgive someone when you feel completely justified in your anger. Yet holding onto these justified resentments actively blocks the flow of grace. It breaks the board.
The ultimate 33-centimeter journey from the head to the heart requires us to rigorously audit our lives, locate every resentment we feel “justified” in keeping, and intentionally forgive them. Our goal is to reach a state where we hold absolutely zero justified resentments against anyone. It is the mantra I return to again and again: there are no justified resentments.
Only when we remove this friction can we fully embody the Peace of Christ—and only then are our hearts clear enough to truly receive that Peace in return. After all, there is no softer pillow than a clean conscience.
Always Take Every Opportunity to Bring Unity to Your Community.
