The Coalition Counter

Will You Be One of Our 111 Virtual Missionaries?

I am actively building a coalition of 111 Virtual Missionaries — wherever you call home — to fund the Relational Infrastructure of the Midsouth. Because Seesaw Ministries is an officially approved 501(c)(3) public charity, your monthly, quarterly, or yearly stewardship is 100% tax-deductible. Your commitment happens digitally, right from your desk, workspace, or laptop — but its impact is entirely physical, lifting real communities across the Midsouth. Joining this coalition doesn’t just support a project; it makes you a foundational Virtual Missionary in a mission you can be proud of from any zip code.

Current Virtual Missionaries: 05 / 111

A Personal Note from Bryan: If you’re reading this, you probably already know my story — 26+ years built as an enterprise account executive, most recently leading workflow optimization, advanced print strategy, and facility security programs for Konica Minolta; founder of eMidsouth Inc.; Board President of Fishers of Men Memphis; and a man who underwent a deep spiritual reversion in 2009. Today, I am deploying that entire career full-time, at no cost to local ministries, as a lay director and Relationship Architect for the Midsouth.

Here is the paradigm I built my career unlearning: traditional 501(c)(3) organizations frequently surrender 35% to 50% of every donated dollar to administrative overhead, legacy infrastructure, real estate footprints, and middleman layers before a single dime reaches a human need. SeeSaw Ministries reverses that drag. Because my own baseline expenses are 100% self-funded through the same support-raised missionary framework used by gold-standard movements like FOCUS and Young Life, 100% of the capital you and other partners commit bypasses internal overhead and drops directly onto frontline operations in the Midsouth. Our boots are on the ground here, but make no mistake — this is a scalable national blueprint. The directories, coordination models, and alert systems we are building are documented to be replicated in any city in America. To hold that steady, intentional pace, I need a predictable foundation of support — and I am looking to the friends and family who already know and trust me to build it. There is no traffic jam on the extra mile, and I intend to walk every inch of it.

“True leadership requires a steady rhythm, clear preparation, and complete intentionality. As a Virtual Missionary, your monthly commitment gives this infrastructure the predictable horizon it needs to do the hard work of uniting the community — and there is no softer pillow than a clean conscience earned building something real.”

Why Your Support Matters (Even From Afar)

You may live far away. You can’t attend a local gathering, serve a shift with our frontline partners, or step into a local neighborhood parish. But none of that field execution runs without a quieter layer underneath it — the operational and administrative backbone, resource networks, and donor relationships that let me stay deployed full-time as a free strategic asset to local ministries and parishes, who never receive a bill or invoice from me.

When you become a Virtual Missionary, you’re funding that Invisible Excellence. Your support is the steady, quiet hand holding the platform secure so local leaders can step out effectively — and a steady hand works exactly the same whether it’s next door or across the country. There are no justified resentments in this work, only the quiet discipline of showing up for people who will never know your name.

How the Model Works

The Support-Raised Missionary Model

If you’ve ever supported a FOCUS (focus.org) campus missionary or a Young Life staff member, this model will feel familiar. Like those missionaries, I don’t draw a salary from a diocese, a parish, or a parent organization. I serve as a full-time support-raised lay missionary — my entire deployment, from salary to systems to operations, is underwritten by a committed team of Virtual Missionaries who believe in the mission.

That structure is exactly why your capital goes so far. Traditional 501(c)(3) organizations frequently swallow 35% to 50% of every donated dollar in administrative overhead, legacy infrastructure, real estate, and organizational middleman layers before it ever reaches a human need. Because my baseline is already 100% self-funded, there is no fundraising overhead machine and no layers of administration between your gift and the work — here is precisely what it unleashes:

1

You Commit as a Virtual Missionary

Your $11, $33, $77, or $111 monthly pledge joins a stable coalition of 111 Virtual Missionaries — a predictable base of mission capital that is 100% tax-deductible.

2

Capital Becomes Deployment

Because I carry zero personal overhead, that base keeps a full-time lay director deployed and funds the operational backbone, resource directories, and safety frameworks that connect local ministries completely free of charge — no bill, no invoice, ever.

3

The Blueprint Scales

Every system proven in the Midsouth is systematically documented as a replicable national blueprint — ready to be handed to your home city next.
