Mentoring Leaders to Build the Same Bridge
SeeSaw doesn't just serve the MidSouth — it equips other regions to do the same. For over 9 years, our In Case of Emergency (I.C.E.) Club model has proven that $5 from a circle of neighbors can change a family's life in an instant. Now Bryan actively mentors churches, ministries, and community leaders to launch their own I.C.E. Clubs at home — so when you support one connector, you expand a whole movement.

Based in Bartlett, Tennessee since 1999, I deploy 26+ years of relationship-building full-time to grow one thing: the MidSouth Resource Directory — the place our region turns to when it needs help and when it has help to give.
The daily work includes:
- ✓Recruiting new resources — healthcare, child-protection, civic, and non-profit partners — into the directory, one relationship at a time
- ✓Getting the word out so families, employers, and neighbors in crisis actually find and use it
- ✓Vetting and onboarding each partner so the directory stays trustworthy and current
- ✓Matching families to Medical Care Gateways — 24/7 virtual medical and mental-health access
- ✓Connecting Child Protection Networks that guard missing, exploited, and trafficked children
- ✓Doing all of it at 100% zero cost to every non-profit and community group — zero bills, ever

Finding, vetting, and onboarding the providers our region already has — healthcare gateways, child-protection networks, non-profits, and civic partners. Every new listing is earned through relationships, not a form. This is the slow, unglamorous work that makes the directory worth using.

Getting the directory in front of the families, employers, and neighbors who need it — through outreach, awareness, and personal matching. A directory nobody knows about helps no one, so this outreach never stops.

These frontline organizations do the hard, hands-on work in our region. I champion them, but I do not manage or legally represent them — I simply use the SeeSaw platform to complement, not compete, so the whole community moves forward together.

Traditional charities can lose 35–50% of every dollar to overhead before it reaches a need. Because my baseline is self-funded, 100% of the marketplace capital entering our network drops straight onto the front lines.
